We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Waiters to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidates should be well-groomed, fluent in English, and possess prior hotel/restaurant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and seat customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them promptly.
Ensure tables are clean, well-presented, and ready for service.
Provide excellent customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.
Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
Requirements:
Preferred Nationality: Sri Lankan (other nationalities may be considered except Indian).
Must have prior experience in hotels/restaurants.
Good communication skills in English.
Well-groomed, presentable, and professional.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
Basic Salary: SAR 1800
Food Allowance: SAR 300
Accommodation: Company Provided
Transportation: Company Provided
Duty Hours: 8 hours + 1 hour break, 6 days a week
