As we continue to expand our presence in the IT landscape, we remain committed to delivering cutting-edge solutions that not only meet but exceed our clients' expectations.We are currently searching for an enthusiastic and innovative Project Manager to work on our Project Management Office (PMO) supporting and implementing Alnafitha’s solutions portfolio.We’re a team of technology-driven individuals with a curiosity for how things work and a passion for designing and building reliable, scalable, and efficient implementations. This position will require high cooperation with other teams from project management, sales, and business development. We’re always striving to learn more, expand our skills and grow our teammates.Job Responsibilities
  • Validate the contract, RFP, technical proposal, and the profitability matrix on the CRM.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
  • Identify project phases, stages, and activities and upload them on the project tool.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
  • Control the project communication between all stakeholders and documents.
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals based on the KPI
  • Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis
  • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
  • Use and continually develop leadership skills.
  • Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
  • Validate the project deliverables with the client per each phase in the project and get the milestones acceptance.
  • Create a closing report, review it with the client and get the final signed sign-off document.
  • Support collection team when facing issues regarding the payment after getting the sign-off.
RequirementsTo excel in this position, you will need to:Certification Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE II (Must)
  • Agile Master
  • ITIL Foundation (Must)
