If you're driven by scale, impact, and the chance to build something iconic from the ground up, Qiddiya is calling for you.Role Summary:The Senior Manager - Secondary Mobility Stakeholder is responsible for managing stakeholder relationships related to non-primary transport modes such as micro-mobility, active travel, shuttle services, and emerging last-mile solutions within Qiddiya. The role ensures alignment between strategic transport objectives and the needs of districts, developers, operators, and community stakeholders affected by or dependent on secondary mobility infrastructure and services.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the stakeholder engagement strategy for secondary mobility solutions, including walking, cycling, scooters, shuttle buses, and future innovation pilots.
  • Coordinate between internal delivery teams and external stakeholders (e.g., mobility operators, district leads, municipal authorities) to ensure alignment on infrastructure and service planning.
  • Support policy development and integration of secondary mobility into masterplans and regulatory discussions.
  • Anticipate and resolve stakeholder concerns around safety, accessibility, connectivity, and integration with primary transport modes.
  • Contribute to the development of communications, public engagement, and feedback strategies related to mobility initiatives.
  • Report progress, risks, and dependencies to the Associate Director - Stakeholder and other BU leadership.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members in managing tactical relationships and engagements.
Requirements:Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Transport, Policy, or related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in stakeholder engagement, urban mobility, or transport planning.
  • Strong understanding of integrated transport ecosystems and last-mile infrastructure.
