- Undertakes administrative support and coordination activities for a team of people under general supervision.
- Answers telephone, takes messages and answers routine questions.
- Coordinates the management of internal/external correspondence to ensure all staff receive intended communications accordingly.
- Types and distributes memos, meeting minutes and presentations for staff.
- Undertakes photocopying, binding and copy typing as requested.
- Monitors stock level of office supplies to ensure that supply always meets demand.
- Receives visitors and callers, ensuring cordial hospitality to all guests and visitors.
- Follows organization and department procedures to complete tasks in a timely manner.
- General Education and Qualifications
