- Coordinate the planning and delivery of HSE risk management requirements for all works under contract.
- Review training standards for internal and subcontractor QHSE staff, aligning them with industry best practices.
- Lead the training and execution of the PMS procedure, including observations and NCRs, ensuring compliance with SLA commitments and regulatory standards.
- Monitor and audit Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental practices across internal teams and third-party vendors.
- Oversee the implementation of essential QHSE control systems, including:
- Conduct root cause analysis for system findings and drive internal and external audit programs, ensuring continual improvement in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Develop, maintain, and improve the integrated management system to meet operational and QHSE standards.
- Maintain and review the contract’s risk register; escalate critical issues appropriately.
- Facilitate staff training and development to foster awareness of QHSE responsibilities.
- Implement crisis management frameworks across all projects with a clear escalation protocol.
- Serve as the focal point for incident reporting and lead investigation processes.
- Develop business continuity plans for all service lines.
- Implement and audit systems for ISO 9001, 14001, and OHSAS 18001 compliance.
- Lead supply chain QHSE compliance through point-of-work assessments.
- Ensure adequate resourcing to support compliance and address systemic gaps.
- Maintain accountability to the client’s FM team on all health, safety, and risk matters.
- • Minimum 10 years of experience in Health and Safety Management, with at least 3 years in a facilities management setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
- NEBOSH certification required.
- IEMA qualification preferred.
- Minimum IELTS level 6 or equivalent.
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification.
