- Coordinate with all departments at headquarters and Cities to identify their workforce needs.
- Analyze relevant data on workforce and prepare the required reports accordingly.
- following up on transfer requests (internal/external) at the Royal Commission.
- Analyzing and monitoring Saudization and substitution plans, and preparing related reports. Identify workforce planning gaps and provide solutions and recommendations in periodic reports.
- Study and analyze workforce issues, such as recruitment challenges, turnover, shortages, and present recommendations.
- Follow up on the lists of trainees expected to be hired on a quarterly basis and prepare the necessary data in this regard..
- Preparing trainee confirmation decisions and entering their data into the system after coordinating with the relevant department.
- Time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English, spoken and written.
- Proficient in computer skills, with experience in using Microsoft Office tools or related software.
