- Transaction Leadership - Lead end-to-end commercial and financial structuring of complex transactions including PPPs, joint ventures, land and property development, and large-scale procurement deals.
- Stakeholder Engagement - Negotiate with investors, contractors, government agencies, and regulatory authorities to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Financial Modeling & Analysis - Oversee financial evaluations, risk assessments, and scenario planning to support investment decisions.
- Deal Structuring - Develop and optimize deal structures to balance risk, return, and operational requirements.
- Governance & Compliance - Ensure all transactions comply with legal, financial, and organizational policies.
- Team Leadership - Lead and mentor a team of transaction managers and analysts, fostering high performance and continuous improvement.
- Market Intelligence - Monitor and analyze market trends, funding opportunities, and emerging business models relevant to metro and transport infrastructure.
- Reporting - Provide executive-level reporting on transaction progress, risks, and recommendations to the Board and senior leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Law, or related field (Master's or MBA preferred).
- 15+ years of experience in infrastructure project finance, M&A, PPPs, or large-scale commercial transactions, preferably in transport or metro systems.
- Proven track record of leading multi-billion-dollar deals from initiation through to financial close.
- Strong negotiation, commercial structuring, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of international procurement standards and regulatory frameworks.
