- Identify, pitch, and secure sponsorship opportunities aligned with the company’s vision and market position.
- Develop, price, and manage sponsorship and advertising packages tailored to different partner segments.
- Create and implement ad placement strategies across digital and physical assets to maximize revenue.
- Build and maintain relationships with sponsors, advertisers, and strategic partners.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure delivery of all sponsorship rights and benefits.
- Collaborate with marketing to enhance sponsor visibility and brand alignment.
- Monitor and report on sponsorship performance, ROI, and renewal opportunities.
- Explore new partnership models to expand brand reach and commercial value.
- 8+ years of experience in sponsorship, partnerships, or commercial development.
- Strong track record in structuring and closing high-value sponsorship deals.
- Experience in managing advertising inventory and developing monetization strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Established network of potential sponsors and partners is highly desirable.
