- Conduct comprehensive analyses to identify skill gaps within the sales team.
- Collaborate with sales managers to determine training priorities based on performance indicators and market shifts.
- Review performance results and reports to effectively guide training interventions.
- Design and implement practical and integrated training programs that include skills in sales, negotiation, persuasion, customer relations, time management, and closing strategies.
- Develop internal training content that aligns with the nature of the products/services offered.
- Prepare modern training materials (presentations, manuals, brochures, videos, evaluations) in an interactive and engaging style.
- Conduct in-person or remote training sessions using interactive methods such as role-playing, demonstrations, and case studies.
- Train new sales representatives as part of onboarding programs.
- Provide advanced training for high-performing employees within talent and leadership development programs.
- Design pre-training and post-training evaluation tools to measure the impact of programs on performance.
- Collect feedback and analyze training results to determine the degree of effectiveness and possible improvements.
- Submit reports to senior management that clarify the development of team competencies and the impact of training on performance indicators.
- Work on establishing a sustainable internal training model that enhances a culture of continuous learning within sales teams.
- Prepare "trainers from within the team" (Train the Trainer) to expand the training impact.
- Keep up with global developments in the field of sales training and selling, and apply best practices.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the line manager within the scope of work.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in training are preferred, such as:
- Certified Sales Trainer (CST)
- Train the Trainer (TTT)
- Sales Enablement Certification
- or a certificate in Learning & Development.
- At least 7 years of experience in sales, including 3 years in training or capability development.
- Advanced knowledge of sales principles and business strategies.
- High training skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Analytical skills in identifying performance gaps and assessing training effectiveness.
- Proficiency in designing training content using modern educational tools.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with various levels of staff.
