The ACIO possesses the expertise to provide technological vision to support scientific teaching, administration and research, and outreach activities.Job PurposeTechnical Support for End Users, Classrooms and LabsDuties and Responsibilities· Software and Hardware Installation / Configuration and Troubleshooting at Classroom and Labs.· Configuration and Installation for New Staff and Faculty.· Provide IT support for Staff and Faculty concerns/problems.· Network / Desktop Printer Administration, Management, Installation and Configuration· Copier Machines Troubleshooting and Maintenance.· Coordinates with Chair of Academic Departments for urgent requirements during Quizzes, Examination & Laboratory Exercises.· Troubleshooting issues related to network connectivity.· Support, assist and coordination with other IT colleagues for overall Department Success.· Assist in Audio Visual during Lecture Hall / Graduation events.· Performing other IT Support duties as defined by the appropriate PMU Management.Qualifications & Experience (Required)
A Bachelor degree related to the position or equivalent.
At least 5 -8 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
