In this role you will ensure effective communication and coordination between different parties to ensure the project progresses smoothly and meets its objectives.What You'll Be Doing:Build and maintain strong relationships with all project stakeholders, including government agencies, local authorities, contractors, and consultants.Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring their concerns, requirements, and expectations are addressed promptly and effectively.Facilitate regular meetings and workshops with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and progress.Liaise with government entities and regulatory authorities to ensure all necessary permits, approvals, and licenses are obtained in a timely manner.Ensure the project complies with local laws, regulations, and standards, particularly those related to construction, infrastructure, and urban development.Develop and implement a stakeholder communication plan to ensure clear and consistent messaging across all parties.Prepare and deliver regular reports, presentations, and updates to stakeholders, highlighting project milestones, challenges, and resolutions.Address and resolve stakeholder concerns or conflicts in a professional and timely manner.Work closely with internal teams, including design, construction, and project management, to ensure stakeholder requirements are integrated into the project.Coordinate with external consultants and contractors to align their work with stakeholder expectations and project timelines.Support the development and implementation of innovative solutions to meet stakeholder needs.Identify potential risks related to stakeholder engagement and develop mitigation strategies.Proactively address issues that may impact stakeholder relationships or project progress.What Required Skills You'll Bring:Degree qualified in an appropriate Engineering discipline; or equivalent.Experienced in the Engineering, Integration, stockholder, Interface, Construction, Commissioning and Hand Over of Mega Projects having attained 15 years of experience in interface management.Experience working with government entities and regulatory authorities in Saudi Arabia is highly desirable.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.Excellent negotiation, conflict resolution, and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in project management tools and software.Strong understanding of Saudi regulations, cultural sensitivities, and Vision 2030 objectives.Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken) is required.What Desired Skills You'll Bring:Proficiency in English is highly desirable.Strong leadership and organizational skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.Parsons equally employs representation at all job levels no matter the race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, age, disability or genetic information.We truly invest and care about our employee’s wellbeing and provide endless growth opportunities as the sky is the limit, so aim for the stars!
