- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts for project execution
- Manage and administer contracts and agreements with external parties
- Ensure efficient and effective accomplishment of all contractual requirements
- Collaborate with project managers and legal teams to align contract terms with project goals
- Monitor contract performance and manage any disputes or changes
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of all contracts and amendments
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve contract issues, mitigate risks, and facilitate contract modifications
- Supports contract transition
- All other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- 2 + years of directly related experience
- Experience in contract management, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry
- Familiar with industry regulations, compliance requirements, industry language
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Fluent in writing and reading English
- Ability to successfully work in a multicultural environment
