- Preparing the budget for the section
- Preventive and corrective maintenance planned and implementations.
- Analyze problems and recommendation of solutions to maximize availability of E&I machinery and equipment.
- Condition Monitoring of All critical equipment from Crusher to Packing plant, to increase life of equipment, reduce break down & reduce production loss, as well as avoid unwanted shutdown.
- Following and Evaluating of preventive, predictive, corrective maintenance programs for all plant E&I equipment and their related auxiliaries, spare parts availability.
- Ensure that the maintenance program is implemented within specified budget and timelines.
- Preparation reports Like: Breakdown, Daily, Monthly and yearly departmental report on benchmarking to facilitate decision-making.
- Making and reviewing outsource contract.
- Up keeping All maintenance records as per ISO: 9001&14001 and SASO.
- Technically review of upcoming projects and quotations.
- understanding and ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations and quality standards.
