Work location: SaudiMAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESDevelops and maintains refinery's process safety information such as, but not limited to, chemical compatibility matrixes, safe upper and lower operating limits and consequences of deviations, materials of construction, relief system design, safety system documentation
Steward's refinery's risk reduction efforts driving improvement and consistency in application of standards.
Participate in audits of existing PSM systems, and develop improvements based on findings.
Implement safety and security standards and internal policy and procedures. Prepare and communicate all safety procedures and precautions to take when working in hazardous conditions. Provide sound feedback to enhance policies.
Participate in pre start up safety reviews (PSSR) and implement various process safety programs,
Participate in the site's Management of Change (MOC) process and audit MOCs for completion.
Provides engineering support and technical guidance/assistance on application of process safety technology in all applicable areas. Define PHA (process hazard analysis) and implement MOC (management of change).
Identify, evaluate and control potential hazards and risks within processes including hazard identification, risk assessments, mitigation planning and project implementation.
Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations for incidents and near misses.Email:
