Our Group is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager (Food & Beverage) to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our Food & Beverage division. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets within the assigned region.Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share within the Food & Beverage sector.
  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance their performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors in the Food & Beverage industry.
  • Identify and analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to develop innovative sales solutions.
  • Monitor sales performance against targets and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales management within the Food & Beverage industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian Food & Beverage market.
