2. Maintain accurate assets records pertaining to book values, depreciation and locations in SAP system.
3. Develop Asset Accounting and reporting systems to support SATORP operations.
4. Monitor, control and report the inputs and outputs of assets capitalization and disposition transactions.
5. Monitor, control and report the inputs and outputs of assets capitalization and disposition transactions; and reviews the depreciation run and resolve any problem in the SAP Assets Management System.
6. Book and classify fixed assets and related issues.
7. Prepare necessary month and year-end closing activities related to asset accounting.
8. Control, coordinate, consolidate and continually improve Project Accounting policies and procedures to produce timely and accurate information.
9. Review the depreciation run and resolve any problem in the SAP Assets Management System.
10. Conduct a physical Inventory program of SATORP assets on a regular basis.
11. Prepare necessary month and year-end closing activities related to financial accounting.
12. Prepare MIS reports and accountability reports related to financial accounting.
13. Establish, develop and implement policies and procedures.
14. Provide data and other information to Government and internal/external auditors to satisfy them that the accounting procedures and standards meet requirements.
15. Develop accounting and reporting systems that supports all departments. Perform their function in a smooth manner enabling rapid decision-making based on accurate financial project information in a timely manner.
16. Control, coordinate, consolidate and continually improve Asset Accounting Policies and Procedures to produce timely and accurate information.
17. Perform other related duties as assigned by the Accounting Advisory, Superintendent
