Join us.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated HSE Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As an HSE Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health, safety, and environmental compliance of our operations, promoting a culture of safety, and implementing best practices across our organization.

Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive HSE policies, procedures, and programs
Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards and areas for improvement
Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and implement corrective actions
Provide HSE training and education to employees at all levels of the organization
Monitor and ensure compliance with local, national, and international HSE regulations and standards
Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to HSE metrics
Collaborate with project teams to integrate HSE considerations into project planning and execution
Prepare and submit HSE reports to management and regulatory bodies as required
Stay updated on emerging HSE trends, technologies, and best practices

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Safety Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 10 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably in industrial or construction settings
In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations and standards applicable to the region
Proven experience in risk assessment, incident investigation, and safety management systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and educate at all levels
Proficiency in HSE software and data analysis tools
Relevant HSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) are highly desirable
Experience with environmental impact assessments and sustainability initiatives
Familiarity with industrial safety practices and occupational health standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
