Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy & Growth
Develop, implement, and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets.
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the Saudi Arabian market.
Expand and strengthen corporate client relationships to secure high-value contracts.
Marketing & Brand Development
Oversee the creation of impactful marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and digital strategies.
Coordinate with media, advertising agencies, and partners to enhance brand visibility.
Conduct market research to track industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Client Relationship Management
Maintain and expand relationships with key corporate accounts.
Negotiate and close business deals with a focus on long-term partnerships.
Provide exceptional after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve performance goals.
Monitor and analyze team performance, providing regular reports to senior management.
Requirements:Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of proven sales and marketing experience within the Saudi Arabian market.
Corporate Network: Established relationships with corporate clients and decision-makers in KSA.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
Skills:
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Ability to develop and execute sales strategies effectively.
Proficiency in digital marketing and market analysis tools.
Personal Attributes: Energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven with a passion for business growth.
Language: Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency preferred.
Nationality: Any (Preference for candidates with prior work authorization in KSA).
