We are looking for an experienced IBM Middleware Developer with at least 2 years of expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining middleware solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration, performance, and scalability of enterprise applications.Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain middleware solutions using IBM WebSphere, IBM MQ, IIB (IBM Integration Bus), or ACE.
Configure and support messaging, integration flows, and middleware components.
Troubleshoot and resolve middleware-related issues to ensure system stability and performance.
Collaborate with application developers, architects, and system administrators to deliver integrated solutions.
Implement middleware best practices, security standards, and monitoring solutions.
Participate in system upgrades, patches, and migration activities.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in IBM Middleware tools (WebSphere, MQ, IIB/ACE).
Strong understanding of middleware architecture, SOA, and integration patterns.
Experience with APIs, SOAP, REST, and microservices integration.
Knowledge of scripting languages (Shell, Python, etc.) for automation.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Nice to Have
IBM Certified Developer certification.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud).
Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift).
