- 3-5 years of proven experience as a Financial Modeler.
- Having experience in the Real Estate sector is a huge advantage.
- Proficient in conducting financial analysis using Excel and BI tools.
- Demonstrated ability to create and edit presentation decks in PowerPoint and draft memos in Word.
- Perform financial modeling activities in the real estate sector.
- Address ad-hoc client requests daily to meet financial reporting requirements to shareholders.
- Conduct research and high-level market assessments based on client needs.
- Handle ad-hoc administrative matters and requests.
- Create PowerPoint decks, Excel spreadsheet analyses, Word document memos, and other relevant documentation.
- Attend internal and external meetings, collaborating with advisors as needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in spoken and written Arabic and English.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a dedication to client satisfaction.
- Knowledge of the electric vehicles and related industries is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field.
