The new Four Seasons Resort will be located on Shura Island, the hub of the development and home to a yacht marina, leisure and lifestyle facilities, retail offerings, 18-hole golf course and more. The Red Sea destination is being built with sustainable practices and tourism at its core, with the masterplan being informed by an impressive marine spatial planning simulation to model the environmental impact of development and operations to minimize over-tourism while providing guests with an exceptional travel and lifestyle experience. The destination will also rely on renewable energy and will only develop a small portion of the islands with expansive dedicated conservation zones. The new Four Seasons Resort will offer approximately 149 rooms and suites, all with uninterrupted views over white sand beaches and crystal-clear waters. The property will also feature six restaurant and lounge outlets, meeting and events spaces, a marine discovery centre, Kids for All Seasons space and much more. Be part of the distinguished pre-opening team at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Red Sea, a luxury resort defined by innovation, sustainability, and exceptional service. As an AC & Refrigeration Mechanic, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and efficient operation of all air conditioning and refrigeration systems across the resort, ensuring comfort and compliance with safety and environmental standards.What You Will Do
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on all HVAC and refrigeration systems including guestroom units, chillers, walk-in freezers, cold rooms, and ventilation systems.
  • Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC controls, compressors, fan coil units, and thermostats.
  • Maintain and monitor refrigerant levels, replace parts, and ensure proper operation of systems.
  • Support the setup, calibration, and maintenance of temperature and humidity controls in kitchens, cold storage, and laundry areas.
  • Maintain detailed records of all service and repair activities in compliance with local and Four Seasons standards.
  • Ensure safe handling of refrigerants in accordance with environmental regulations.
What You Bring
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with HVAC and refrigeration systems, preferably in a luxury hotel, resort, or commercial facility.
  • Strong technical knowledge of AC systems, cold storage, walk-in coolers/freezers, and ventilation systems.
  • Refrigeration technician certification or HVAC license is preferred.
  • Familiarity with control systems and energy-efficient HVAC practices.
  • Fluency in English is preferred. Candidates must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.

Schedule & Hours
