In this pivotal role, you will lead the design and execution of unique and luxurious hotel interiors that reflect the brand's identity and enhance the guest experience.The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in hotel interior design, a strong aesthetic sense, and a proven ability to deliver projects that align with the Qiddiya vision. You will collaborate closely with various departments, including architecture and engineering, to produce spaces that not only look impressive but also function seamlessly.Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the interior design process for hotel projects from conceptualization to execution.
  • Review design concepts that embody luxury, comfort, and functionality.
  • Work alongside stakeholders to align design proposals with strategic goals and guest expectations.
  • Conduct site visits and design reviews during construction phases to ensure compliance with design specifications.
  • Select materials, furnishings, and lighting that enhance the hotel’s aesthetic and meet operational needs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external design consultants and contractors to guarantee project quality and timelines.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, encouraging professional growth and innovative thinking within the team.
  • Oversee project budgets to ensure financial viability while delivering outstanding design outcomes.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in hotel design and implement best practices in all projects.
  • Implement sustainable design principles to enhance the project's environmental alignment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 9-12 years of demonstrated experience in interior design, specifically within the hotel industry.
  • A robust portfolio showcasing a range of successful hotel projects.
  • Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams.
  • Creative problem-solving skills with attention to detail and quality.
  • Understanding of sustainable practices and a commitment to incorporating them into design solutions.
