- Define and execute the credit card product marketing strategy, aligned with business objectives and customer lifecycle stages.
- Conduct market and competitive research to identify trends, customer needs, white spaces, and opportunities for differentiation in the credit card space.
- Develop and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, CRM, social, in-app, etc.) to drive card acquisition, activation, and ongoing usage.
- Own go-to-market planning and execution for new card products, features (e.g., cashback, rewards, installments), and promotional launches.
- Collaborate with product, data, risk, and compliance teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with regulatory standards and meet customer and stakeholders expectations.
- Analyze behavioral and transactional data to build customer personas, refine targeting strategies, and personalize messaging across segments.
- Lead the development of onboarding, activation, and retention journeys—ensuring a seamless cardholder experience from sign-up to first spend and beyond.
- Design and execute A/B tests to optimize campaign creatives, messaging, landing pages, and conversion funnels.
- Drive lifecycle marketing initiatives to increase usage, spend per cardholder, and loyalty program engagement.
- Monitor campaign and product performance using key KPIs such as approval rate, activation rate, spend/user, reward redemption, and retention.
- Collaborate with performance marketing, creative, and analytics teams to continuously improve marketing effectiveness and return on investment by maxmizing the LTV.
- Create and manage marketing assets, educational content, and communications that promote financial literacy and responsible credit use.
- Manage agency partners, budgets, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-impact marketing outcomes on time and within budget.
- Deliver insights and post-campaign performance reports to senior leadership, highlighting successes, learnings, and future optimizations.
