
Business Analyst

- Requirements gathering through BRD's (Business Requirement Document), meetings with stakeholders and workshops
- Modelling the solution working with stakeholders from business and IT departments, using, preferably, UML
- Ensure the alignment between what it is being built and business requirements
- Be able to work, support and communicate with an arrange of client's stakeholders, UX department, QA department and development teams and be proactive to ensure that all of them are aligned with the final solution
- Be ready to work in agile environments when required
- 3-5 years of taking functional requirements and preparation of documentation.
- Experience in establishment of quality processes: You should have the ability to identify, implement, and oversee quality standards within processes to effectively manage and deliver results
- Communication with multiple customers and teams: You will act as an effective bridge between several client's and internal teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring the success of the project
- Experience in international banking systems or processes is highly preferred
- Experience in financial sector will be a plus
- Fluent in English and Arabic (both spoken and written)
- MS in Computer Science / Technical engineering is preferred
- 3 years in similar projects
