A high-growth organization is looking to hire a General Manager – FMCG to lead its operations in Saudi Arabia, with a strong focus on scaling the business, strengthening distribution, and driving profitability.Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement business strategies aligned with regional growth plans
Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market penetration across KSA
Oversee end-to-end operations including sales, marketing, and supply chain
Expand distribution channels and strengthen presence in modern trade
Identify new business opportunities and product expansion strategies
Lead financial planning, budgeting, and performance management
Ensure compliance with local regulatory frameworks
Build and lead a strong leadership team within the KingdomRequirements To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:20–25 years of experience in the FMCG industry
Minimum of 5+ years in a senior leadership role within KSA or GCC
Strong understanding of the Saudi market dynamics and distribution landscape
Demonstrated success in scaling operations and managing P&L
