- Define and own the company’s core narrative and messaging framework (what we do, why it matters, and why we win in KSA).
- Build and maintain a robust proof-point library (customer outcomes, differentiation, compliance and assurance claims, key facts).
- Ensure messaging consistency across all external touchpoints: website, decks, PR materials, executive communications, events, and partner content.
- Collaborate closely with Product Marketing to align product storytelling with the broader company narrative.
- Design and execute a structured PR strategy with a clear editorial calendar and story pipeline.
- Build and maintain relationships with relevant Saudi and regional media outlets and industry platforms.
- Own press releases, media pitching, interview preparation, and press kits.
- Manage PR agencies and freelancers, including briefing, quality control, approvals, and performance tracking.
- Lead crisis communications readiness, including Q&A documents, holding statements, escalation paths, and internal alignment.
- Run the CEO and executive communications program, including themes, editorial planning, drafting/editing, and publishing cadence.
- Produce high-quality thought leadership content positioning the company as a reference in:
- Digital signature legality
- Digital trust infrastructure
- AI-driven contract performance and CLM
- Translate internal expertise into credible external assets (reports, briefs, op-eds, keynote narratives).
- Support leadership with speaker preparation, talking points, and storylines for key public moments.
- Own the strategy and execution for priority events (e.g., major tech conferences, webinars, private executive roundtables).
- Focus on outcomes rather than logistics: right audience, strong messaging, speaking opportunities, and senior-level meetings.
- Build detailed event runbooks covering pre-event outreach, on-site narrative, and post-event follow-up with Sales/BD teams.
- Coordinate logistics through internal teams or vendors where available, while owning overall quality and results.
- Support partnership announcements and ecosystem messaging involving government entities, platforms, associations, and strategic partners.
- Identify opportunities for joint thought leadership, roundtables, and ecosystem initiatives that strengthen trust and authority.
