The company was founded on May 29, 1933 and is headquartered in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.Job SummaryWe are currently seeking a Senior Manufacturing Knowledge Engineer to facilitate our refining global portfolio Communities of Practice (CoPs) and codify expertise from top performing assets as part of our Global Manufacturing Excellence (GME) organizations.Your primary role will see you as a key member of our Knowledge Management team, here to strengthen our manufacturing capabilities across the downstream refining portfolio.Key Responsibilities:

Lead selected Communities of Practice (CoPs) and expert forums to share lessons at scale.
Conduct site visits and workshops to capture tacit knowledge from field experts.
Develop structured processes and tools to document and disseminate best practices.
Contribute to the design and content of Knowledge Hub platforms to facilitate knowledge sharing.
Provide technical advisory support to plant managers on targeted initiatives to improve performance.
Assist with training programs and ensure the adoption of expertise across the organization.
Track metrics that demonstrate the impact of knowledge sharing on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements:

Willingness to relocate to Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.
Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical/Process Engineering or a related field.
Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience within manufacturing operations.
Demonstrate expertise in 2+ key manufacturing domains such as operations, maintenance, or HSE.
Preferably have experience leading multi-site continuous improvement projects.
Proficiency with knowledge engineering methodologies and digital tools is essential.
Strong communication, collaboration, and change management skills are vital.
Preferably have the ability to distill technical expertise for multi-disciplinary audiences.
