To oversee and coordinate on-site construction activities across civil, mechanical, and electrical disciplines, ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with approved designs, specifications, and KSA regulatory requirements. The Supervisor monitors quality, productivity, and safety of teams, reports progress to the Site Engineer or Project Manager, and provides guidance to workers and subcontractors. The role ensures timely completion of tasks while maintaining high standards of workmanship, safety, and client satisfaction.Supervise and coordinate civil, mechanical, and electrical teams to ensure work is executed according to drawings and specifications.Monitor daily work progress and report to Site Engineer or Project Manager.Ensure site safety practices are followed and workers comply with company and KSA safety regulations.Inspect work for quality, alignment, and accuracy, and ensure corrective measures are implemented immediately.Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other teams to avoid delays and ensure smooth workflow.Allocate manpower effectively, monitor labor productivity, and ensure proper utilization of resources.Maintain proper documentation of work progress, changes, and site instructions.Provide guidance and technical support to workers and junior supervisors.Ensure compliance with project budgets and material usage while minimizing wastage.Ensure all work complies with KSA building codes, company quality standards, and environmental regulations.QUALIFICATION:
"Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.Relevant certifications in construction management, safety, or discipline-specific expertise are preferred."EXPERIENCE:
"Minimum 5 years of experience in supervising construction projects in civil, mechanical, or electrical disciplines.Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and projects in KSA or GCC is preferred."COMPETENCIES:
"Strong knowledge of civil, mechanical, and electrical construction methods, materials, and project execution.
Ability to read, interpret, and implement drawings and specifications accurately.
Knowledge of KSA building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Effective leadership, team management, and coordination skills.
