The Project Coordinator will oversee and support waste management projects, ensuring timely execution, compliance with regulations, and efficient coordination between teams, clients, and vendors. This role involves planning, tracking progress, and facilitating communication to achieve project goals.Roles & Responsibilities:Project Planning & Scheduling: Assist in developing project timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.Coordination: Act as a liaison between operations, vendors, clients, and regulatory bodies.Documentation: Maintain project records, reports, and compliance documents (permits, safety protocols, etc.).Monitoring & Reporting: Track project progress, budgets, and KPIs; report delays or issues to stakeholders.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to environmental, health, and safety (EHS) standards.Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate meetings, prepare updates, and address queries from clients or teams.Waste Stream Management: Assist in coordinating logistics for waste collection, recycling, disposal, or treatment.Problem-Solving: Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to keep projects on track.Manage site attendance, timesheets, and subcontractor documentation.Organize site accommodations, utilities, and access control.Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
Min: - 03 years’ experience requiredBasic Salary:- 3000 Sar
