- Interacting with business stakeholders owners to understand requirements and define product strategy for Digital Design Tools, BIM & GIS solutions such as AutoCAD, Bim360 / ACC, Revit, Navisworks, Revitzo, ArcGIS, etc.
- Development of product roadmaps
- Leading teams that comprise of Solution Designers, Solution Architects and Solution Delivery Managers
- Overseeing product delivery
- Driving continuous improvement efforts within the technology function, promoting innovation and operational excellence
- Performing regular product reviews, assessing performance against KPIs and driving necessary enhancements
- Foster a culture of collaboration, problem-solving, and customer-centric product development within the team
- A Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or Computer Science (Master's degree preferred)
- A relevant certifications such as PMBOK, PMP, Prince2, ITILv4 Service Management
- 10+ years of experience in Technology, with at least 4+ years in a managerial role leading the delivery of Digital Design Tools, BIM & GIS solutions
- Experience of working in large, complex construction projects that are highly customer-centric
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with and influence a variety of stakeholder groups
- Strong vendor management skills
- Confident in interacting with senior stakeholders including C-suite, Directors, etc.
- Up to date with the latest technologies within Digital Design Tools, BIM & GIS
- Based in/willing to relocate to Riyadh
