- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
- 7-15 years of sales experience in Water Treatment Chemicals Sales
- Excellent interpersonal and English communication (written and verbal) skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

- Demonstrate the ability to work in a safety-focused environment
- Developed/design comprehensive chemical treatment programs for water systems, including cooling towers, chillers, boilers, reverse osmosis , and wastewater systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with environmental standards
- Drive sales growth and meeting monthly and yearly sales targets
- Maintain rigorous follow-up with clients throughout the bidding and negotiation process to foster trust and secure deals
- Craft detailed technical and commercial proposals, showcasing a deep understanding of client needs and industry standards
- Collaborate seamlessly across departments to align customer requirements with company capabilities, ensuring a unified approach to client satisfaction
- Identify potential customers and market segments to focus on and develop strategies to grow the sales
- Provide technical assistance in optimizing customers' water treatment applications
- Perform activities that ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, including providing accurate reports and maintaining effective customer communication and relationships
- Assist with on-site customer training using operational training materials at assigned accounts
- Participate in developing solutions to improve the performance of customers' water treatment processes
