In this role, you will execute standard processes and procedures for warehouse and yard activities. You will be responsible for receiving, storage, yard management, preservation, physical inventory verification, accuracy and the delivery of inventory to internal and external customers.As a Warehouse & Yard Manager, you will be responsible for:Leading, coordinating, and overseeing warehouse & logistics operationsManaging warehouse to ensure customer requirements are met (including providing scope to contract labor workforce in warehousePresenting projects plans, risks and recommendations to senior business leaders and technical teamsCoordinating communication between the project managers, global supply chain and the logistics teams or vendors as neededOversees strategic planning of the logistics for each project to ensure successful deliveryDriving cost reduction wherever applicable while meeting customer and safety requirementsHandling latitude in project techniques. Project process requires choosing right approaches. Employees should have technical know-howParticipating in discussions about the future of the business requiring frequent and thorough interaction with other functionsHanding diverse clients within region. Following frameworks for processes and negotiating around client specific conditionsEssential ResponsibilitiesLeading the Warehouse & Yard KPI, Dashboard and other PlatformsLeading and managing Inventory and Assets verification control (Cycle Count, Annual Physical Inventory, Assets count).Monitor and Review the Monthly Transaction Report and accuracy For Warehouse & Yard OperationLeading and managing Inventory Report: Good Received “GRN”, Good Issuance “GIN”, Post Good Issue “PGI”, Electronic Truck Request “ETR”, Weekly Report, Good In Transit “GIT”, Customer Own Inventory “COI”, Weekly Report (SO Due Delivery for Shipment).Monthly Warehouse & Yard Operation Performance Report.Leading RCA/CAP for Inventory & Assets.Leading Internal/External Audit.Following on the Monthly Consignment Report.Leading and managing Monthly Open Sales Order Report.Assign and monitor the performance of Warehouse & Yard (HSE & Competency trainings) are completed by employees.Leading and managing On ground Performance Review on WH&Y OperationFuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/ GED) or equivalent knowledge or experienceHave 5+ years experience of working within Warehouse & Logistics Operational environmentDemonstrate ability to build a consensus within a wide customer base, building conclusions on business challengesShow project management skills and be able to lead, document, plan, market and execute programsWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
