To lead the development of Bakery Fresh/Frozen portfolios, as well as new adjacent categories to deliver sustainable short and long-term growth and profitability.To oversee and provide input to Almarai Bakery oversea business in commercial related matters.Activities:
Fulfil all tasks required from the Bakery Business unit & Bakemart, including timely updates and reporting.
Manage the internal process (Distribution & Logistics, Sales Ops, Supply Planning and Supply chain) to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Identify and establish relationships with new customers, or distributors in target regions.
Oversee and optimize sales operations, ensuring smooth order processing, documentation, and customer service.
Represent the company at international exhibitions and industry events to promote products and expand the customer base and Experience in Exhibition Setup and preparation.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customers' needs to identify new opportunities.
Ensure compliance with international regulations and documentation requirements.
Manage the forecast from the customers and share it with Planning team.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Requirement:The Potential candidates must meet the requirements mentioned below:
Bachelor's degree in Sales, marketing, commerce or a related field.
8 years of experience in sales and marketing, including key account management and trade marketing, with a food or frozen bakery company in the Middle East.
Effective negotiation and business communication skills.
Skilled in market analysis, strategy development, and identifying new business opportunities
Experience in Managing and monitoring supply chain process, inventory and sales forecast management.
Must have experience importing frozen bakery products from outside Saudi Arabia.
Experience and exposure on in food service sales sub channels (hotels, restaurants, QSR, catering, café shops) international and local for all, as well as experience with retailer key accounts B2B Frozen Bakery Business (Panda, Tamimi, Lulu , Danube ).
Excellent command of spoken and written English language.
