- Lead and manage all contractual and commercial matters for the Telecom ITB package.
- Review, interpret, and administer the main contract with the client and subcontracts with vendors and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms, conditions, and legal requirements.
- Prepare, review, and negotiate contractual documents including variations, claims, extensions of time (EOT), and change orders.
- Support tendering and bid evaluation processes from a contractual/commercial perspective.
- Identify potential risks, disputes, and claims early, providing mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with legal counsel for contract-related issues and disputes.
- Prepare and maintain accurate contractual correspondence and documentation.
- Ensure alignment of contractual obligations with project schedules, technical requirements, and financial targets.
- Manage contractual deliverables including bank guarantees, bonds, insurance, and warranties.
- Support project close-out, ensuring contractual obligations are fulfilled and claims are settled.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all contract-related communications with the client and subcontractors.
