- Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
- Manage office tasks, including filing, generating reports and presentations, organizing meetings, and managing supplies inventory.
- Draft and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
- Assist in preparing regular reports and maintain accurate records.
- Develop and maintain an effective filing system to ensure quick and easy access to information.
- Update and uphold office policies and procedures.
- Manage office supplies, negotiate with suppliers, and maintain relationships with vendors.
- Keep detailed contact lists for internal and external communication.
- Arrange travel accommodations and process expense reports for team members.
- Proven 2-3 Years of experience as a secretary or administrative assistant.
- Strong command of MS Office tools (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Keen attention to detail with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills in English.
- High level of organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
