- Identify and engage potential clients interested in living within a residential compound community, highlighting lifestyle, privacy, and amenities.
- Conduct on-site property tours and present available units, facilities (security, clubhouse, pools, etc.), and overall community experience to prospective residents.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of resident satisfaction and trust.
- Manage the full leasing/sales cycle within the compound, from lead generation to contract signing and unit handover.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and walk-ins to the compound sales office.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly leasing/sales targets for compound units.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, unit availability, and pipeline updates on the system.
- Coordinate closely with marketing teams to support compound campaigns, open days, and community events.
- Prepare and present leasing/sales proposals, quotations, and residency agreements to clients.
- Handle negotiations with clients while ensuring alignment with compound pricing strategy and policies.
- Provide clients with detailed information regarding payment plans, residency terms, and community rules/regulations.
- Coordinate with internal departments (legal, finance, customer service, property management) to ensure smooth move-in process.
- Stay updated on compound market trends, competing communities, and pricing benchmarks.
- Participate in property exhibitions, compound open days, and roadshows to generate leads.
- Ensure all activities comply with company policies and local regulations related to residential compounds.
- Deliver post-move-in support and maintain relationships to encourage renewals, referrals, and long-term residency.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in sales or leasing within residential compounds, gated communities, hospitality, or lifestyle-focused environments.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric / resident-focused approach.
- Ability to build long-term relationships and handle client objections professionally.
- Experience working in compound living environments or community-based projects is highly preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of leasing processes, payment structures, and residency terms in Saudi Arabia.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
