JASARA PMC is seeking a talented and experienced Controller Specialist to join our finance team. As a Controller Specialist, you will play a key role in managing the financial operations of our organization. You will be responsible for overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Oversee financial accounting activities, including general ledger management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed assets.
Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports.
Manage the budgeting and forecasting process, including the development of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
Perform financial analysis to identify trends, provide insights, and support decision-making.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide financial guidance and support.
Oversee the implementation and maintenance of financial systems and processes.
Lead and develop a team of finance professionals, providing coaching and guidance.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Controller, Accounting Manager, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Experience in managing and leading a team of finance professionals.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
