The Assistant Sales Manager for Truck and Bus is a pivotal role within our organization, focusing on driving sales and enhancing customer relationships in the commercial vehicle sector. This position requires a dynamic individual who can support the sales team in achieving targets while also ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the truck and bus market, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills.Responsibilities: * Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
  • Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales reports.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the truck and bus sector.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Provide training and support to junior sales staff to enhance their performance.
  • Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote the company's products.
  • Analyze sales data to forecast future sales and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales activities.
Preferred Candidate: * Strong background in sales, preferably in the automotive or commercial vehicle industry.

  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
