- Perform design and development of Oracle applications according to project requirements.
- Design, code, and maintain modules based on established standards.
- Understand project requirements and develop detailed design specifications.
- Conduct initial design reviews and recommend improvements.
- Write clear, efficient code and prepare coding documentation.
- Develop Oracle Forms and Reports required for modules.
- Develop database packages, procedures, triggers, and functions.
- Responsible for database design, application tuning, and optimization.
- Analyze and troubleshoot system issues in a timely manner.
- Modify existing code to optimize performance of Oracle applications.
- Develop and support modules such as Planning & Budget, Warehouse Management, Self-Service HR, and integration with Stock Management.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Developer Suite (Forms & Reports 6i/10g/11g).
- Strong proficiency in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, XML, and BI Publisher.
- Experience with Toad and SQL Developer for development and debugging.
- Knowledge of Dot Net Framework (ASP.NET, VB.NET) and Java (J2SE).
- Solid understanding of relational database concepts.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior developers.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
