
Site HSE Specialist (Superintendent)

- To lead and manage health, safety, and environmental activities on construction sites, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, company policies, and international safety standards.
- Implement and enforce the project's HSE plan, procedures, and policies.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, OSHA, NEBOSH, and other relevant standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
- Lead investigations of accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.
- Prepare and submit incident reports, root cause analyses, and corrective action plans.
- Maintain records of safety performance and incident statistics.
- Conduct HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and safety training sessions for site personnel.
- Promote a strong safety culture through awareness campaigns and engagement activities.
- Liaise with project teams, subcontractors, and client representatives on HSE matters.
- Participate in HSE meetings, emergency drills, and safety reviews.
- Ensure proper use of PPE, signage, and safety equipment on-site.
- Bachelor's degree in occupational health & safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of HSE experience in construction or industrial and Saudi ARAMCO projects.
- Strong knowledge of HSE legislation, risk management, and emergency response.
- Proficiency in MS Office, incident tracking systems, and reporting tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Saudi ARAMCO approval is required.
