- Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and adjust schedules based on site performance and resource availability.
- Create Power BI dashboards and visual reports to present progress, KPIs, and project insights to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with site, engineering, procurement, and construction teams to gather updates and forecast project timelines.
- Identify critical path activities, risks, and delays, and propose mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Support in preparing progress reports, look-ahead schedules, and delay analysis when required.
- Ensure compliance with planning standards and company project control procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Industrial, or equivalent).
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Planning Engineer in construction, infrastructure, or related industries.
- Strong expertise in Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
- Hands-on experience in Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
- Solid understanding of project planning principles, critical path analysis, and project lifecycle.
- Strong communication, analytical, and team coordination skills.
- PMP or PMI-SP certification is an advantage.
- Previous experience with large-scale infrastructure or construction projects.
