Design Manager/BIM Manager

• Lead the overall design management from concept to IFC (Issued for Construction) stages.
• Collaborate with consultants, architects, and internal teams to ensure compliance with project briefs, budgets, codes, regulations, and relevant standards.
• Review and approve design deliverables to ensure quality, functionality, aesthetic appeal, and compliance with the budget requirements.
• Manage design changes and ensure proper documentation and communication across teams.
• Integrate the value engineering and sustainability goals into design solutions.
• Manage the review of tender documentation and value engineering exercises.
• Establish, implement, and develop BIM standards and protocols across projects, aligned with ISO 19650 and the company's digital objectives.
• Develop and manage project information requirements documentation, including OIR, AIR, PIR, EIR, PIM, and BEP.
• Ensure BIM models are up-to-date, clash-free, and aligned with design documentation.
• Lead the development and validation of BIM models throughout design, construction, and handover stages.
• Manage model-based coordination, quantity take-offs, 4D/5D simulations, and digital twins as required.
• Oversee the Common Data Environment (CDE) to ensure secure, efficient, and structured data exchange between all stakeholders.
• Drive the transformation from traditional BIM to Asset Information Modeling (AIM), ensuring structured data is delivered for operations and FM.
• Ensure the digital handover of accurate and validated as-built and asset data for facility management systems.
