- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in freight forwarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver tailored sales proposals and presentations.
- Negotiate rates, terms, and contracts to secure profitable deals.
- Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Proven experience in freight forwarding sales or a similar role in logistics.
- Strong knowledge of freight forwarding processes (air, sea)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is required; Arabic is a plus (nice to have).
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Strong client relationship management skills.
