The Graduate Trainee Engineer - Technical Support position offers an exciting opportunity for recent graduates to kick-start their careers in the engineering field. As a trainee, you will be immersed in a dynamic work environment where you will gain hands-on experience and contribute to various projects. You will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, assisting in the implementation of engineering solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.Responsibilities: * Assist in diagnosing and resolving technical issues reported by clients.
  • Provide support for engineering projects, including documentation and reporting.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers to develop and implement solutions.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance technical knowledge and skills.
  • Conduct research on new technologies and engineering practices.
  • Prepare technical reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of technical support activities.

Preferred Candidate: * Recent graduate in Engineering or a related field (Mechanical, Air conditioning, Instrumentation)
