- Assist in the development and management of project plans, including scope, schedule, and resources.
- Coordinate project activities, ensuring effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and deliver project documentation, including reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Support project managers in budget management and resource allocation.
- Facilitate collaboration across various teams and departments to ensure project alignment.
- Promote best practices in project management and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Project Management, or Business Administration).
- 10+ years of experience in project management or coordination, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools is a plus.
