- Lead and conduct user research to understand customer needs, pain points, and behaviors.
- Develop detailed customer journey maps and personas to guide design initiatives.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with product teams to define design specifications and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Facilitate design reviews, user testing sessions, and focus groups to gather insights and feedback.
- Iterate on designs based on findings from user feedback and usability testing.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in customer experience design.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in experience design, UX/UI design, or related roles, with a robust portfolio showcasing your design processes and outcomes.
- CCXP certification is required.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar software.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Experience in designing responsive applications for diverse platforms (web and mobile).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, capable of collaborating with diverse teams.
- Knowledge of front-end development technologies is an advantage.
- Proven experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Experience in creating customer journey maps and other experience design artifacts.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices in design.
- Innovative mindset with a strong focus on customer-centric solutions.
- 5+ years of experience in leading design engagements or projects is preferred.
- Excellent visual design skills with the ability to create engaging user experiences.
