- P&L Leadership: Full responsibility for commercial performance, including pricing, sales growth, and profitability across wholesale and modern trade channels.
- Strategic GTM/RTM Design: Architect and execute channel strategies to improve market penetration, optimize discount structures, and deliver sustainable growth in margin-sensitive categories.
- Trade Marketing Leadership: Oversee a Head of Trade Marketing and Head of Marketing, ensuring effective planning and execution of annual trade and consumer activation budgets.
- Commercial Planning & Pricing: Own pricing models, positioning, and promotional strategies for bulk and retail segments, balancing volume growth with margin optimization.
- Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and inspire a multi-functional commercial team including marketing, trade marketing, and business development managers.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with supply chain, finance, and operations teams to ensure flawless execution and cost-effective commercial strategies.
- Experience: 15+ years of commercial leadership, including P&L ownership in large-scale FMCG, commodity, or margin-sensitive categories.
- Saudi Expertise: Deep understanding of the Saudi wholesale ecosystem and modern trade retailers, with proven success managing large-scale trade marketing budgets.
- Strategic Leadership: Demonstrated success designing GTM/RTM strategies and executing high-impact trade marketing programs.
- People Leadership: Proven ability to build and lead multi-functional teams in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.
- Commercial Acumen: Expertise in pricing strategy, discount management, and route-to-market optimization.
- Language & Market Knowledge: Fluency in English and Arabic is essential as is deep experience in the Saudi market.
