Job Title:Sales Team Leader – Oil, Gas & LogisticsDuties and Responsibilities:Lead the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets in the oil, gas, and logistics sector.Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and strengthen relationships with key clients.Monitor team performance, provide guidance and training to ensure efficiency and target achievement.Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base through continuous engagement and long-term relationship building.Supervise the preparation of technical and financial proposals, present them to clients, and follow up until deal closure.Coordinate with internal departments (operations, finance, logistics) to ensure service delivery at the highest quality standards.Track market trends and competitors, and provide regular reports on statistics, opportunities, and challenges.Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and health & safety standards across all sales operations.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Engineering or related field.Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in sales within the oil, gas, or logistics sectors.Proven experience in managing a sales team and achieving quantitative and qualitative targets.Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.Proficiency in English (spoken and written).Ability to prepare sales reports and analyze data for decision-making.Core Skills:Team leadership and motivation.Strong presentation and persuasion skills.Strategic planning and time management.Flexibility and ability to work under pressure.ه
