- Lead Joint Business Planning (JBP) with top national and regional retailers.
- Develop tailored account strategies with measurable growth KPIs.
- Identify opportunities to expand distribution, shelf space, and in-store presence.
- Negotiate annual trade terms, listing fees, and activation calendars.
- Manage promotional planning and post-promotion evaluation to ensure ROI.
- Own account-level P&L and budgeting responsibilities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and finance to ensure flawless execution of new product launches and campaigns.
- Supervise area teams to maintain high merchandising standards and in-store execution.
- Leverage Nielsen and other market data to identify gaps, size opportunities, and develop customer-specific plans.
- Monitor competitor activity and market dynamics to adjust strategies proactively.
- Act as the primary point of contact for retail buyers and senior decision-makers.
- Build and nurture trust-based partnerships that drive sustainable growth.
- Experience: Minimum 8+ years in Key Account Management within the FMCG sector (preferably food), with strong exposure to major key accounts in Saudi Arabia.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong negotiation skills, budget ownership, and promotional planning experience. Proven track record of delivering sales growth and ROI.
- Analytical Ability: Proficient in interpreting Nielsen/IRI data and performance dashboards to build insight-driven proposals.
- Execution Mindset: Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing frontline execution across territories.
- Languages: Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong plus.
