- Oversee reviewing the company strategy, understanding the key customer needs and industry trends, competition, Technology, etc.., for the BU products portfolio in order to identify high potential new Products & Services for BU segment that helps MOBILY gain competitive advantage.
- Analysing competitive insight and mange to develop ideas for the product development.
- Monitor and assess product and service performance trends from financial, competitive and operational perspectives.
- Define Mobily Business Strategic Priorities in terms of Business's focus, future positioning, business marketing portfolio guidelines and differentiated value propositions across all service categories: Mobile Services, IT & Digital, IOT, Fixed Data, Fixed Voice, Broadband and required bundles.
- Oversee the tracking of strategic initiatives and tactical plans' execution.
- Manage Mobily Business Modules plan by designing B2B Portfolio and products roadmap across all Market Segments : Government, Key, Large, Medium, Small & SOHO.
- Manage designing Mobily Business market plan of B2B Portfolio and products roadmap across all Market Verticals: Oil & Gas, Banking, Education, Health, Insurance, Retail, Transportation, Media, Manufacturing.
- Ensure strategic and operational improvement opportunities from a wide variety of sources including Market, Strategy, Planning and BU Segment Marketing.
- Leading development of a plan to focus on optimizing the business and market of BU unit products portfolio by ensuring compliance with corporate practices and international standards.
- Responsible of providing management dashboard that provides key information on portfolio level progress, strategic risks and issues, dependencies and recommendations for any Management decisions.
- Supervising the recommendation of launching appropriate new product planning in Mobily BU product and service portfolio and accordingly create & recommend baseline standard pricing program.
- Liaise with Corporate Strategy on the BU risk management.
- Managing the development of Business Unit risk and create risk registry, risk management controls and contingency plans in alignment with both Corporate Strategy and senior management and provide risk mitigation recommendations.
- Managing the identification and recommendation of changes in delivering capability that may be required by executional teams (eg. Marketing, Customer Service, IT, Sales Support).
- Perform other duties as required by higher levels of supervision.
- Contribute to the achievement of the strategic objectives of the sector through performing own responsibilities and coordinating direct reports performance.
- Set the section's goals and objectives and ensure the cascading of such to the direct reports' individual goals and objectives.
- Apply individual items of sector's policies, procedures and processes and ensure adherence and implementation.
- Coordinate with direct reports the performance of their delegated responsibilities.
- Ensure the ongoing development of the section's employees, and guide the activities of direct reports.
- Oversee the overall performance of direct reports according to communicated KPI's.
